"Refund was sorted way faster than I expected"
I had to return one item i was ready to be annoyed because I thought the refund would take forever. But nope, it hit my account way quicker than I expected. I also got an email update so I wasn’t left guessing what was going on. Super easy in the end, and I was actually impressed with how smoothly it all went.

My parcel went missing, which was frustrating because who wants to chase up an order that should’ve just arrived? Support did eventually sort it out and I got my refund, but it took a few emails back and forth. It was okay in the end, just wish it had been a bit smoother...

I’ll admit, I was mostly just watching the tracking updates and not paying much attention to anything else, but they were spot on. I knew exactly when my parcel was going to show up, and it arrived right when expected.

Shopping on the site is mostly fine, I guess. I can usually find what I’m looking for, but some pages take a while to load and I’m not always sure if the filters are actually applying or not. It’s usable, just a bit clunky and kind of confusing at times.

Got the wrong item in my order, so I was a bit miffed at first, not gonna lie. But customer service got back to me super quick and sorted it with zero hassle. They sent out the right product and kept me in the loop the whole time. Mistakes happen, so I can’t really complain, they handled it well tbh.

I stopped in expecting at least one thing on my list to be missing, but nope, they had everything in stock. Kind of impressive, honestly. I was happy about it, though I guess it’s just what a store is supposed to do. Still, nice not having to run around to three other places.

They’ve got like, pretty much everything I usually look for, skincare, hair bits, all that kind of stuff. I even found a few brands I don’t really see in regular shops. It just makes it way easier to grab everything in one place.
